Flamenco Festival in Valencia, El Cigala

The renowned Flamenco Festival will take place again this year with a new and exciting line up of shows at the Palau de la Música in Valenica from the 30^th of January to the 19^th of February 2010.

The 2010 programme offers a blend of styles and artists, including internationally recognized artists and up and coming ones from the local flamenco scene. It is set to surprise the audience with a show ranging from the purest of flamenco styles to the most contemporary.

• January 30th, 9pm, at the Iturbi Hall : Diego “El Cigala”. Tickets range from 24 to 34€.

• January 31^st, 7.30pm, at the Iturbi Hall : Valencian Flamenco night with Esther Garcés and Israel Amador. Tickets range from 15 to 20€.
• February 14^th, 9pm, at the Iturbi Hall: Buika. Tickets range from 23 to 30€. This amazing show would make an interesting option for Flamenco lovers to celebrate Saint Valentine´s night.
• February 19^th, 9pm, at the Iturbi Hall: Miguel Poveda presents, “Coplas del querer”, performed by Joan A. Amargos, Horacio Fumero,Juan Ramón Caro , Carlota Amargós, Julián Sanchez, Antonio Cornonel, Paquito González, Luis Cantarote and Carlos Grilo.
