The company Salco La Cumbre has two offices located on the panoramic  Urbanization the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell, Alicante, which looks over the beautiful beaches and coves of ,”El Moraig,” “Cala de los Tiestos,” and “Cala del Llebeig”,  and is also where the majority of their apartments and villas are located.

If you own a property ; Salco suggests a  simple way to make it profitable during the periods that you are not here on holiday , whilst ensuring  that only affordable expenses and taxes are incurred. They will  take care of your garden and swimming pool even while your are away and at very competitive prices. To ensure that your home is safe and cared for ,Salco will  inspect  and ventilate your home periodically. Optional services include cleaning, laundry, TV rentals, cots, etc., and anything else  that you or your tenant may need. They will also help with the resale of your property.

Salco can also arrange for constructions of buildings, garages, swimming pools, building renovations and small improvements about the home.
