During September we have many sporting and charity events in the town of Jávea.

The Xábia Race for Life will take place next Sunday 25 September at 11:00 h in Arenal beach. This is a race organized by the local Cancer Association and sponsored by the Sports council of Jávea in support of cancer charities like MABS, EOS, ASPANION and AECC.

The 5 km race will start at L’Ancora Playa bar at Paris Ave. of Jávea, at 11.00 h, but the activities will start half an hour before with the warm up session.

Registration forms and sponsorship are available at L’Ancora Playa bar, but you can also download and print the form via web page. Registration must be completed and submitted at L’Ancora Playa bar along with the participation fee before 17 September. You are welcome to register the same day always you do it before 10:15 h. All participants must be present at are expected to show up at least 45 minutes before the start of the race. The participation fee is 10 Euros per adult and 5 Euros per child (under 14 years old). A   non-competitive mountain bike race will be held on Sunday 18 September at 09:00 h as a relaxed, touristic oriented activity organized by BTT Xàbia Bikers club and sponsored by the Sports Council of Javea. The gathering point and departure will be at Jaume I Ave.
