Town Hall, Church Square in Javea

Fall arrives to Jávea together with a new calendar of events for people of all ages: from the “Lluvia de Cuentos” storytelling in Spanish for kids and traditional music concerts, to theater represented routes and historical excursions for youngsters and adults.

-  Lluvia de Cuentos: The storytelling activities in Spanish come back for another consecutive year. Bring your kids every Friday from 18:00 h to the Public Library. It is a fantastic way of learning the language.

-  Friday, October 29^th:  Trescant Concert at 20:00 h in Casa de Cultura. Come and listen to this group formed in Pego in early 2010, with members of extensive professional trajectory, from many bands as La Sonora del Maurà, Trilogy, Sisí Bemol, la Banda de Xapa, grup de folk Tothom, Datura Metel, etc. Expect a mix of traditional music with a renovated air and fusion.

-  Saturday, October 16^th: Traditional music show by Grupo Portitxol. Valencian music at its purest style. Come at 22:00 h to the Mare de Déu de Loreto de La Rondalla.

- Saturday, October 30^th: Theater represented historical route starting at 11:00 h from Tourist Info Xàbia Centre. This very visual and sensitive route will allow you to know more about Xàbia and its history. Previous signup required at the Tourist Centre. Historical Tours of Javea in English

During the summer months, of July and August in particular, the historical tours in English  continue through the old town of Jávea, plus new tour are being included in French.

Enjoy these cultural and architectural tours that display the heritage of Javea in the historic centre of town.

Registration to participate in these excursions or request additional information must be made in the  Javea Tourist Information Centre located in the Plaza de la Iglesia Nº 4. The tourist office phone number is 965794 356 . All excursions last about an hour and a half and  are for a maximum of 40 persons, the price for adults is 8 €, children 1 € and children under 8 years free.

- Historical tour in English, are scheduled for July 20, August 3 and August 17 at 19:00.

- Historical tour in French, 13 and July 27 and 10 and August 24 also at 19:00.
