The Granadella-Castell PR-CV-354 route is one of the most popular ones among local experienced hikers. It is of medium difficulty and it takes approximately 3 hours to complete.
This route starts at the parking lot of Cala Granadella in Jávea. It will go across the called “variante Teulería”, which is nothing but a shortcut. If we did the complete route, it will take more than 4 hours to complete.
Hikers will be able to pass the ruins of the Granadella Tower (Castell de la Granadella) and enjoy the nice views from the cliffs and the beautiful flora and fauna along the way.
For nature lovers and walkers,we are including here some information on free guided walking trails for Spring 2010. These trails have been prepared by the Conjcejalía de Medio Ambiente de Teulada, Alicante. (Department of Environment.)
The first route “Via Verde del Río Serpis: Lorxa-Villalonga” will take place on April the 24th, 2010. This trail is a route classified as being of medium difficulty and with a distance of 15km.
